WHAT IS SPORTS ACUPUNCTURE?
A specialized form of acupuncture designed to support athletes in enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and accelerating recovery. It combines traditional acupuncture techniques with an understanding of sports physiology to address musculoskeletal issues, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote faster healing. By targeting specific points related to muscles, tendons, and energy pathways, sports acupuncture helps optimize physical function, relieve pain, and restore balance for peak athletic performance.
